1. General provisions
These terms govern the provision of roadside assistance and towing services by MEGAHOL in Warsaw and surrounding areas. Using our services means you accept these terms.
2. Scope of services
We provide vehicle towing, jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery and other roadside assistance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. Requests and service delivery
Requests are accepted by phone at +48 517 197 907. Arrival time depends on location and road conditions. Average arrival time in Warsaw is 20–30 minutes.
4. Pricing and payment
The cost is agreed before the service starts, based on the type of intervention and distance. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. The customer receives price information before consenting to the service.
5. Liability
Vehicles are towed with due care. The customer must provide accurate information and safe access to the vehicle. MEGAHOL is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
6. Complaints and contact
Complaints can be submitted by email at kontakt@megahol.pl or by phone. We respond within 14 business days. For urgent matters, please call us.
